Strategic Marketing. Several informants are enjoining business owners to market more now than in the past. I fit with one other piece of advice, you need to commercialize strategically. What I mean is that you need to recognize who you’re directing with your marketing efforts and then concentrate your marketing to those persons in the locations they’re most potential to be found out. Scattergun marketing; blind mailers, fliers in postboxes and another types of blanket marketing, is a waste of time and money now more than ever.
